​On Friday, the Ducks confirmed the hiring of Jim Leavitt as Oregon's next Defensive Coordinator. Leavitt chose Oregon over a similar position at a school in the SEC. The Ducks will make Leavitt the highest paid coordinator in PAC-12 history.

​Recruiting is often called the Lifeblood of College Football. Each college can present a new set of benefits and challenges. Gary Andersen is currently in his 3rd recruiting cycle at the helm of Oregon State, and he says there's a special factor that brings recruits to the best college town in the PAC-12.
